Apogem Capital Raises $597M to Close its Eleventh Private Equity Fund at its Hard Cap
Apogem Capital (“Apogem”), a leading private markets investor, today announced the final close of Apogem Private Equity Fund XI (“APEF XI” or the “Fund”), hitting the Fund’s hard cap with $580 million committed from Limited Partners. Employees committed an additional $17 million, bringing total committed capital to $597 million and reflecting strong investor support for Apogem’s differentiated approach to accessing opportunities in the lower middle market.
Apogem Capital Closes its Seventh and Largest Secondaries Fund at $1.43B Hard Cap
Apogem Capital (“Apogem”), a leading private markets investor, today announced the final close of Apogem Secondary Fund VII (“ASF VII” or the “Fund”) at its $1.43 billion hard cap. Including employee commitments, the Fund raised over $1.45 billion, exceeding its $1 billion target and more than doubling the size of its predecessor fund.
